The apartment is available starting June 15th, and there is flexibility for a move-in within about 2 weeks after that. Rent would be prorated based on the agreed move-in date.

Co-op Board Approval and interview required.

- 2 years tax federal signed tax returns complete with W-2
- Employee references letter stating salary, length of employment, position, bonuses and prospect for continued employment
- Reference letter from current landlord indicating payment history and length of tenancy. If living at home or with parents indicate that in a letter.
- Consent to credit check
- Renters insurance will be required
