So I went to the Stanford show on Saturday and was unable to pick up my merch since my pick up time was 2.30pm which was also the time for VIP check in. And I’m from out of town and was in Stanford for less than 24hrs. Do they refund you? I’m hoping they’ll allow me pick up in Vegas instead but they’re not being polite about it.
