It’s stuck in the up position. Makes some sound when you hit down but doesn’t budge. The error code it flashes is “the motor RPM sensor did not detect movement within the first second of operation”. I’ve checked the internal wiring and everything looks connected properly. Sensors are aligned. Door moves freely when disconnected. The chain doesn’t seem to be stuck.
