Should I focus more on strength or cardio at home?

Im 33F, 5’6”, around 165lbs. Ive been doing home workouts for a couple of months now. My routine is a mix of bodyweight strength and some cardio, but Im not sure which one deserves more focus for overall fitness and fat loss. Some people say cardio is key. Others say strength first. At home it's hard to find the right balance.What did you focus on when you started, and what did you find worked best for you?
