Venting

The last few days have been really tough on me. I couldn't even journal consistently. But life is all about learning from mistakes and moving on. Relationships are tough. But sometimes all a relationship needs is some space and mutual understanding. Those butterflies fade away with time but what remains is loyalty, respect and trust. These are the three pillars of any relationship. I am doing much better now. But sometimes my mind starts spiralling again. And I try to calm it down again. But that's what life is!

I’ve been journaling since I was a kid… mostly random thoughts, feelings I didn’t know how to say out loud, and little things I appreciated about people in my life.

One thing I noticed over time is how rarely we actually tell our parents what they mean to us. Especially moms. We feel it… but we don’t always say it.

So I took that idea and turned it into something more intentional.

I created a guided “Why I Love You, Mom” journal — it’s a fill-in keepsake where you answer prompts, reflect on memories, and basically put into words everything you might never say directly.

It’s not meant to be perfect or poetic. Just honest.

The idea is simple: you fill it out, and gift it to your mom. Something she can keep forever.

I’m not sure if this is something people here would be into, but if you’ve ever struggled to express how much your mom means to you… this might resonate.

If anyone wants to check it out or give feedback, I can share the link.

I’ve been journaling for as long as I can remember — it started as a way to make sense of my thoughts when I didn’t know how to express them out loud.

Over time, I realized journaling isn’t just about writing… it’s about asking yourself the right questions.

Through years of doing this, I naturally developed certain patterns — prompts, reflections, ways of thinking — that actually helped me deal with anxiety, overthinking, and emotional ups and downs.

Recently, I decided to turn that experience into something more structured — guided journals focused on:

• anxiety relief

• self-reflection

• emotional healing

• understanding your own thoughts better

They’re not “perfect life” journals — they’re built around real emotions and honest reflection.

I’d genuinely love to know from people here —

what has journaling helped you with the most?

I’m trying to build a small but meaningful journaling community.

Not just posting quotes — but actually:

sharing thoughts, prompts, struggles, progress.

If you’re someone who uses journaling to understand yourself better, you’ll probably fit in.
