Anybody struggling with dry mouth? I drink plenty of water and I feel it’s not sufficient. Apart from this, I have a white coating in my tongue every morning. I feel somehow this is all correlated. My assumption is that my mouth doesn’t produce enough saliva because bad bacteria from my gut stays too long in my stomach and mouth?

Lastly, I also have gastroparesis, which means my stomach breaks down food way longer.
