Subletting My Housing
Hello! I am a current Sophomore Studio Arts student at UCF, and I am looking for any guys who are looking for an off-campus apartment. I renewed my lease for this place because I was hesitant about whether or not I would be able to find a different spot that is more affordable for me, but I did. I am on a one-year leasing term that you would be able take over as soon as some time in May.
The place is called "Orion on Orpington." The apartment is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom spot where you get your own private bath, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. It also comes with wifi and an Ethernet cable outlet in the room. The room I am in is the XL room, so there is ample space. The monthly rent is around $1000-1100.
