License plate reader at Lowe’s?
I noticed there is license plate reader on the inbound lane of Lowe’s. So since SC only has one plate requirement, why would they (Lowe’s or SPD) need a reader on that direction?
If it was Lowe’s own reader wouldn’t it be on the outbound lane for thieves?
I am not anti-government conspiracy theorist bit it is just odd it would be pointed inward.
Just an observation.
