Gonna link the Craigslist listing,

I went to the property today and confirmed this is a scam with a housing board member.

Clearly a scammer just trying to make a quick buck.

Won’t make a call, or meet in person before having me pay for a $80 “apartment application and tour. this guy is absurd.
