OK so my recently painted weather boards (done by professionals) are bleeding a greasy/oily substance. Are there any labs on the Coast (perhaps at a university?) that would be able to analyse a sample?

The substance was cleaned off and has come back again.

The paint is water based, not oil based, exterior low sheen paint.

The exact same paint has been used everywhere else around the house with no greasy substance bleeding from it.

The exact same weatherboards have been used elsewhere with the exact same paint with no bleeding.
