What am I doing wrong? I've been trying for about a month to use the celebrity web page to book an excursion for a cruise I've booked for December 2026. Every time I select the excursion, enter my credit card information. The website verifies with my bank, and I have to verify the charge with my bank app. Then the celebrity web page says everything is OK, that the excursion has been booked and I'll be receiving an email. When the email arrives it says the following:

Well, that didn’t go as planned
We’re sorry, but we couldn't place your pre-cruise order. Your credit card was not charged and any pending holds will be released within 14 days. Please sign in and try your purchase again.
