I bought the tabletop smoker just under a year ago, this morning I went to set up for ribs and the smoker errored out after just beginning to light. I opened it up and found out the auger broke internally, so the motor was spinning but not feeding any pellets. I have the purchase date and serial number but not the receipt, which the site said is needed for warranty claims. Is there a chance customer service will still honor the warranty? I plan on calling tomorrow since they’re closed today.
