Help!

I took 3x 100mg of Ferrous Ascorbate yesterday.

1x 100mg morning

1x 100mg midday

1x 100mg evening

Today I woke up with severe stomach cramps and nausea. Would it be from the medicine?

Is this dose dangerous? Some articles are saying it can lead to lethal toxicity and now I’m scared.

My iron levels were 20 on a recent blood test so took the Ferrous Ascorbate to help raise it.
