Placing a coffee machine in offices, realistic side income?

I have a few connections with small office managers in my area. Most of them manage offices with 20 to 50 employees. From what I've seen, their coffee situation is terrible. I'm thinking about placing a decent coffee machine in a few of these offices. I would handle the beans and basic cleaning once a week. In return, I'd charge a small monthly fee or maybe a per-cup honor system. Does this model actually work in real life? What are the biggest headaches I'm not seeing, contracts, liability, or just low usage?

Has anyone actually found a good interior designer through a home expo or roadshow?

We’ve seen ads for some home expos and roadshows but always worried it’s just pushy salespeople trying to get deposits on the spot.

That said, visiting firms one by one is so time-consuming.
Has anyone actually found a good, reliable ID through an event before? Or is it better to just cold-call firms from Google reviews?

We want to be efficient but also don’t want to get trapped into a bad deal because of event-only discounts.
