Hey everyone. I have a new Leto series 12k mini split incoming. I bought this unit to supplement the lack of AC to a single room. This room has a ducted vent tied to our main unit, but the house is older and this room is an addition that was built in the late 80's. The room is surrounded by CBS on 3 sides and about 300sqft, so I don't expect the unit to have to run hard, it'll mostly be used in the early afternoon to late night hours. My main concern is noise specific to mounting. I bought a wall mount for the unit, and being that the house is older and made of CBS I'm wondering how much noise will transfer through the wall since there's no insulation, just block and drywall. Does anyone else have their mini split mounted this way that can comment on the noise?

I know these units are very quiet and make minimal noise, but it's not too late for me to ground mount the unit as my electrician hasn't even run the electrical yet. Thanks everyone

Hey everyone, while we are working on this sub, please feel free to make any suggestions on anything you'd like to see added to the group. We've added more flair and a few other things but we are still building the sub. Please feel free to post anything creature related. Moderation in this sub will be pretty laid back, but we'll step in if needed. So after logging on over the weekend and trying to push through some of these challenges, it appears you can only challenge Oceanus once per day. So at a minimum it'll take 30 days to complete that challenge. I'm not sure if you lose if you can Free challenge in the same day as I have not lost yet. Good luck everyone!
