Minha teoria? A IA está avaliando suas entrevistas. Se você for bem na entrevista, o gerente é forçado a te contratar ou cancelar a vaga. Geralmente eles têm um amigo em mente, então eles reabrem a vaga até que essa pessoa seja aprovada.

Se você for contratado porque a IA te escolheu, você será demitido. Se a pessoa que eles pretendiam contratar não for aprovada pela IA, eles cancelam a vaga."

My theory? AI is rating your interviews. If you go well on a interview, the manager is forced to hire you or cancel that position. Usually they have a friend in mind, so they reopen the position until that person is approved.

If you got hired because AI chose you, you will be fired. If the person they intended to hire didn't get approved by AI, they'll cancel that position

I've noticed a new strategy from companies recently. It's a way to get expertise and guidance from very good engineers for free. These companies are creating fake job postings and asking for testes like:
Architectural design, Planning specific complex tasks, Very intricate code implementation, Conceptualizing Jira Epics for certain tasks or Strategies on how to handle certain problems.

Why is that? Because they have no intention of hiring you. They want to steal you expertise. They'll take note of what you've said and give it to their internal engineer, who's going to use it using AI.

They might even hire you for a few months, to get you to plan their project for them and them fire you after you've did their job. These people are very nasty. They know you're competent, but choose not to give you an opportunity. Never trust corporate people.

Como diabos eu vou saber que um concurso público vai sair num horizonte viável para que eu possa começar a estudar? Por que eu não concurseiro. Eu preciso sobreviver e tentar fazer dinheiro. E eu sou de uma área que raramente tem concurso, então estudar pra um não compensa por que não transfere pra outros. Pode ter outro daqui a 2 ano ou daqui a 5 anos.

Quando o edital sai, a pessoa tem só 3 meses pra estudar. Isso é tempo de revisar. Então eu só vejo três opções.
Ou você faz uma prova muito abaixo do seu nível de educação; Ou você é concurseiro profissional e pode ficar 4-5 anos estudando sem preocupação até o seu concurso sair; Ou você tem informação privilegiada.

Caso contrário, é arriscado demais pra qualquer pessoa.
