We are staying downtown and dont have a car. What is the best way to get to the track.

IMS' shuttle service is sold out.

UPDATE - did the Bike, and rented from Pacer Bikes. Not thrilled about the cost of that, but shame on us for assuming the other one booked the shuttle. Leaving the post up in case others need help.
