How many people here are the only mechanic for a 36 hole course? Im lucky that the assistant super has been in the golf course greens keeping business for 30 plus years . In the winter we work together to get the machines ready for spring. Once we open , its just me , and we are a top 10 public course in our province. Is this normal? Its a pretty crazy, never ending string of broken machines. I wrote my own maintenance schedule and can barely find time to do preventive maintenance. Its insane. Need mental support. Lol.
