Muji slow online orders
I just ordered a lot of pens and other desktop accessories from muji. I got an email saying order processing alone would take 7-10 days. excuse me but what the fuck? this means I would likely receive my order in 3-4 weeks. If this was in 2013, yeah that would make sense. but in 2026? this is quite embarrassing for an international company and I've never experienced this with any other international brand.
i have requested a refund as I would rather just go to the muji store a couple hours away than wait this long - plus I am moving so it likely wont even arrive in time. Muji customer support said they would " try" to process my refund. what are my odds?
pretty ridiculous a refund isn't more straightforward considering my order isnt even packaged yet.
