Took my car into my local EO. Have been there before with zero issues. They drained the transmission instead of my oil and overfilled the oil. Fast forward a month of them having the car. They first ordered the wrong transmission and then finally installed a new one. I drove 10 miles down the highway and complete failure. I got it towed to the local Subaru dealer and they are fixing it. EO says they will pay for it but I retained a lawyer just in case they refuse. Just a friendly heads up and I will be changing my own oil from now on.
