I am a Lyft driver in Las Vegas, and I am being financially crushed by an accident that was 100% not my fault. I had two passengers in the car (Period 3). The at-fault driver has a minimum policy (25/50/20), and their insurance is acting in bad faith.

1. The $6,000 Part & $8,000 Rental Debt

My car has been sitting in the shop for over 4 months.

The delay is because the insurance company refuses to pay for a $6,000 essential electronic component.

The body shop correctly insists this part is required for safety and liability reasons—they cannot finish the repair without it.

Because the insurance is fighting over this $6,000 part, my rental bill has ballooned to over $8,000 and is still growing. This is a nightmare.

2. The Lyft "Waiver" Scam

Lyft is denying my UIM claim, pointing to a waiver signed with State Farm.

I never saw, notified of, or signed this waiver. Lyft unilaterally signed away my rights. Is it even legal in Nevada for Lyft to waive my UIM coverage without my signature or any disclosure?

3. My Attorney is Failing Me

My current lawyer is only focused on the passenger injury settlement.

He is refusing to push the insurance company on the $6k part or the $8k rental debt, basically telling me I might have to eat the loss.

I need a "Shark" Litigation Lawyer in Las Vegas who can:

Sue the at-fault insurance for Bad Faith (causing massive rental debt by refusing a necessary $6k repair).

Challenge Lyft’s invalid/unsigned UM/UIM waiver.

Recover my "Loss of Use" (Full rental reimbursement) and ensure my car is repaired safely with the $6,000 part.

Please, I need names of lawyers who actually go to court and fight for drivers, not just settle for the easy money.
