I have the power load string trimmer, which in theory is great. It does not have Line IQ. My issue is that after about 10 minutes and I have bumped it several times for more string, the string jams. The head is ridiculously hard to get off, then you have to remove all the string and reload. Does anyone have ideas why this is? Do I need a new head? It is one year old but I live in Texas where the growing season is about 9 months a year. I’m so frustrated. The mower is a dream. But this trimmer is about to meet a hammer.
