First time doing stir fry on my Blackstone!
I did a chicken stir fry tonight for dinner. First time I have done a stir fry on my Blackstone. I made the rice yesterday. I cut up the veggies and chicken. Threw it all on the Blackstone after using a SPG spice blend. Used some low sodium soy sauce that brought it all together. Forgot to take a photo while on the heat but it turned out delicious!
