Infinite jest tattoo!
After three months I finally finished!!! this was the most rewarding and emotional reading experience of my life. I’m not a drug addict but I’m a recovering SH addict and also bipolar and this book fucking just made me cry over and over and over again. this book has completely changed me in a way I cannot comprehend. If DFW was alive today I would send him hate mail for how sad he made me feel at the ending. anyways so I got my favorite quote tattooed today to honor the most important book of my life. I can’t wait to come back in five years and reread it!!! I’m sad that it’s over but so beyond happy that I got to experience it! I am a Kate Gompert fan through and through…she means the world to me. I hope you all like my tattoo! I almost got “I am in here“ but I changed my mind last minute :3
