One of the tech companies is offering: 120k base and 20k equity per year for a publicly traded stocks.
There are other minor benifits like 8k for relocation initially.
I earn around 90K euros currently but, in India. So this is king size money here.
Germany also has way higher taxes but I am considering the move due to

Better infrastructure
Better weather, since where I am from it's extremely hot all the time.
Is it worth it?
I know it is a pretty good offer for Berlin in a nutshell but subjectively the only reason I am hesitating is because I save around 5k euros a month in India. Which won't be possible there. But are other benefits enough to offset this loss in savings?
Also my wife will look for a job after we move there(no kids). How's the tech job market in Berlin, is it easy to get a role?
