Recovery tips post-monsplasty and implants

Just under a week post-op (last stage, monsplasty and implants) and saw my surgeon yesterday. He said to start tugging on my implants to try and get them lower now (I assume before scar tissue develops. I am also icing regularly as they are still swollen. He said my dick looks like of buried by the implants because the right one is a bit high. Any tips or particular techniques you’ve used that have been successful in getting your implants lower?

On a different note:
I’m struggling a bit with my monsplasty results. I had the drain removed yesterday from the left side and I have a lot of sharp pain with movement on that side only. It’s hard to tell if the 1 inch “shelf” that is above my incision is due to swelling or weight (I’m a bit heavier but the overhand seems excessive). Unlike most of the mons scars I’ve seen on this Reddit my surgeon makes a really long incision. It’s probably 10 to 12 inches long.

I just got an abdominal binder and Lipo foam to try and help with the swelling with my surgeons approval, but I’m wondering if any folks post-mons (especially heavier guys) had this kind of result in the short or long term and what that experience was like/any tips.

How tf are you sitting to pee in the days post monsplasty + implants

About to discharge from the hospital (post implants and monsplasty) and I never thought I’d say I miss the catheter from the other two stages but here we are lol…The rest of this may be a bit TMI, but it’s a real post op experience so I’m hoping someone has dealt with this before and has some solutions.

Tried sitting to pee the first time and could not get myself aimed in the bowl (was going to be peeing straight) because of body position and pain when trying to aim). I can stand to pee (which yay that’s the goal) but will eventually need to sit for #2 and am not sure how to angle in case I end up needing to do both

Any tips and tricks are appreciated so I don’t piss all over the floor is appreciated!

Getting my final stage of surgery next week. I’ve been slammed with work and grad school work the past few weeks so I haven’t had much time to think about my recovery. Like I have two weeks off work and two weeks remote after that (I work a desk job), but my partner won’t be around as much as she was for my past two stages.

Looking for suggestions and advice on keeping occupied, rested, and sane especially in week 1. Also just some perspectives on what your movement and energy levels were like over the first few weeks. I’m a hyperactive person so sitting still for too long drives me wild, but I know I have to.

Are there any things folks recommend I have my partner set up for me before she heads to work (I.e., things I may not think of until it’s too late?)? I’m thinking along the lines of how with top surgery you can’t lift your arms so if I need something up high that would be something someone else would need to do.

So excited to be done. Results have been good overall, but I know this stage is what is going to make the visibility and overall look come together.
