Looking for apartment in central Brooklyn
Hi neighbors,
I'm looking for a 2bd apartment in central Brooklyn within a 15 min walk of Bergen and Underhill (school) in Prospect Heights.
I'm looking in North slope, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights.
This is for myself and my two boys who go to school in the neighborhood.
My landlord just informed me that they're not renewing my lease and I'm on my own to deal with all of this and would appreciate any and all help to look for a safe, clean place for my kiddos.
I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 9 years and I'm looking for a place to call home long term. I'm very quiet and travel a good amount for work. Great job, 800+ credit score.
- budget is under $4200, ideally under $3900
- rent stabilized apartment
- can be a very large 1bd, if it's bigger in terms of sq ft
- must have dishwasher and a real kitchen
- must be quiet
- a little outdoor space for my flowers would be amazing.. I'll give them up if I really have to
Luckily my moving time is very flexible - any time between May 31 and August.
