Hi everyone,

I’m having a strange issue with my T3 Pro earbuds.

When I open the case, they connect to my iPhone automatically every time with no issues. But on my Windows 11 laptop, they usually keep switching between connected and disconnected repeatedly.

To get them working, I normally have to open Bluetooth settings in Windows, wait until it shows disconnected, and then manually click Connect. After that, they stay connected.

This happens about 9 out of 10 times. Only once in a while do they connect properly by themselves.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix?
