Hi everyone

I’m a 38-year-old married mom with a 14-year-old daughter. We’ve been practicing home naturism since before she was born, and we also regularly visit naturist beaches and resorts as a family.

She’s now deep into puberty — periods started two years ago, breasts developing, pubic hair, curves appearing, and she’s definitely getting more attention when we’re out in the clothed world. I’m really interested in hearing from other moms who have teenage daughters.

• Has your daughter stayed comfortable with family nudity at home through puberty, or did she go through phases where she wanted more privacy?
• How have you handled conversations about body changes, unwanted glances/attention, and the difference between home freedom vs. the outside world?
• Any beautiful moments or unexpected challenges at this age?
