which academic board did any bio-related majors (like biochem and stuff) here have during high school for undergrad abroad

i'm a student who probably wants to do a double major in business and a STEM field (prolly biochem, pharma, or data science) for undergrad abroad (mostly the US). i know my field will not require physics at all but i'm being forced to take physics (+ tuitions for it) instead of bio in grade 11. I don't want to drop bio because it's my main subject for my field. also, i'm concerned about the fact that i'm not taking any business subjects despite my business double-major plan.

should i stay in isc or shift to ib??? in ib, i can drop physics, taking bio and business both. any person who has done ib and gone abroad for a field such as mine?? i'm not sure if this is the right subreddit for my problem but i couldn't find any others sooooo.

my_qualifications: icse grade 10 completed
