I’m thinking about getting a Bouche mute for the horn and wanted to ask more specifically: has anyone here also tried the Alexander and the Powerstopf?

Have you been able to compare them? Which one did you find better in terms of intonation, resistance, and tone?

Any experiences or advice would be super helpful.

I feel like I fall into playing "robotically" a lot... Playing musical notes just for the sake of playing, basically.

I'm not quite sure how to phrase all this.

PS: I know there are many wrong notes, out-of-tune notes, and tempo issues to fix
