This little lady’s leaves are all turning brown at the ends and one of the leaves is dripping water? Any ideas on what could be ailing her?

She is about ten feet from a south-facing window where she gets about 8-12 hours of indirect sun daily. She gets watered weekly - no fertilizer. No idea what kind of soil we have her in.
