Consent and waiver form require consideration

I took a practice torts essay recently for FL-specific law that was about an injury at a business that required people to sign a waiver form before engaging in the activity. I wrote about implied consent if the form was defective and knowledge of the risk so they assumed the risk. However, the model answer ended up neglecting that entirely and went into an offer, acceptance, and consideration analysis instead.

When did consent forms require offer, consideration, and acceptance? One doesn’t need to provide consideration for consent or assumption of the risk to stick. Am I missing something here? I went to law school outside of FL
