Does this look like a typical seizure?

My dog has started to have what look like seizures as of October of this past year. Her first one was in October, then again in March, and one more yesterday.

In October, I took her to the ER vet right after and they monitored her for 24 hours plus did some testing - they found protein in her urine and she was dehydrated but that all resolved by the end of her stay. I followed up with my regular vet who wasn’t super concerned as this was the first time this happened.

March we went back to the ER vet again - no protein in the urine this time, just dehydration and low blood sugar which resolved with eating and drinking. Monitored there and put on fluids for 12 hours, then brought home. This time, she had pretty bad diarrhea for days after.

Both those times, the seizure happened in the morning about 30 minutes after a walk. Both those happened while she was resting after a walk.

This most recent one happened 30 minutes after a walk, but this time she was awake and eating food and it was night time. She came running over to me panicked - she must’ve known something was about to happen. I caught the beginning of it on my phone and my bedroom camera caught some as well. She has never peed/pooped/drooled while this is happening. She seems aware and tries to get into my arms every time. It looks like she just loses all control of her limbs.

We have a neurologist appointment scheduled for a little over a week but any shared experiences would be helpful :) I’m wondering if this looks more like seizures, paroxysmal dyskinesia, or something vestibular.

Seizure?

This is the third time this has happened and I finally caught the beginning of it on video. My dog had an episode like this 7 months ago, then another a little over a month ago, and the third today. The last two times have been in the morning after a long walk. This time, it happened at night but again about 30 minutes after a walk. On our way down the stairs to the walk, she threw up her dinner (she ate an hour prior). She was fine on the walk. Once we got inside she was having rancid farts.

She ate a bit more food when we came back in and in the middle of eating she ran over to me so I turned the light on and then her limbs went stiff. Someone said last time that it looks like paroxysmal dyskinesia - but now I’m not sure. Anyone’s dogs have seizures that look like this?

I called the ER vet and they said to monitor at home since the last 2 times blood tests were relatively normal and she was fine (she went to the ER last time both times). I am going to finally follow up with a neurologist now that it’s happened 3 times, but just looking to see if anyone has experienced similar or has any thoughts. She seemed pretty aware the whole time and scared.
