Looking for feedback on my compact Mac/dev battlestation. I use it for coding, music, calls, gaming, and general daily work. The desk is space-limited, so I’m using the wall shelves + pegboard to keep the main surface usable.

Main things I want feedback on:

  1. Cable management around the shelves, speakers, and right-side power outlet
  2. Lighting / photo angle
  3. Speaker placement and desk layout
  4. What to add/remove so it looks cleaner without losing functionality

Gear list (non-affiliate links):

  • Monitor: Samsung Smart Monitor M9 32" 4K OLED
  • Laptop: MacBook Pro M4 Pro
  • Desktop: Mac mini M4
  • Keyboard: Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID
  • Mouse: Logitech MX Master 3S
  • Workflow controller: Elgato Stream Deck + White
  • Speakers: Edifier MR4 powered studio monitors
  • Headphones: Sony WH-1000XM6
  • Controller: Xbox Wireless Controller
  • Wrist support: DeltaHub Carpio 2.0
  • Pegboard: IKEA SKÅDIS
  • Monitor light bar: Quntis Monitor Light Bar

Open to practical suggestions, especially around making the setup look cleaner while keeping everything within reach.

Looking for feedback on my compact productivity + gaming setup. I use this space for coding, music, calls, gaming, and general daily work.

The desk is pretty space-limited, so I’m using wall shelves + a pegboard to keep the main surface usable. I’m mainly looking for practical suggestions that make the setup cleaner without making it less functional.

Things I’d like feedback on:

  1. Cable management around the shelves, speakers, and right-side power outlet
  2. Lighting / photo angle
