I can't get under 40s consistently and I haven't gotten a pb in two months, please help.

I haven't had a pb in like two months, and my last whole number pb was around end of last year. I'm desperate, so I'm asking for help.

My working theory is that there's something fundamentally wrong with my stacking, or I just have a habit that causes me to always fuck up my stack at some point during my sprint. Before I even notice what's happening, my stack is either uneven and/or I've accidentally sealed the I hole. I wish it was as easy as just don't do that, but it happens even when I try to be aware of it.

Bottom line, I think I have a bad habit or something that leads my stack eventually becoming unflat, which forces me to place an S or O into an unideal place, and plugging the I space. Idk what it is though. Could be simpler than I think or more complicated I'm lost

I have no idea what it is specifically, doesn't seem to be something like 'oh you make too many I dependencies', because it doesn't always seem to have to do with the I piece. (I could be wrong, though.)

This is my jstris pb and my tetr.io pb. You can look at my account for more games if you'd like. Any and all advice is welcome, though 'just play more' doesn't seem to be working for me anymore. I'm hoping to find a consistent issue I'm having, that's causing this bottle neck.
