Looking to give YouTube and whatnot a serious try. Problem is limiting yourself to a single niche won't really get you anywhere.

So how do you properly branch out so to speak so the channel/brand covers you more than a single niche? So people follow you for you?

I was planning on starting a PC hardware modding YouTube channel but with limited funds I've only got so many ideas. After those run dry I have no other skills/hobby/whatever to really focus on video wise. I guess my main thing about myself is I love to customize/personalize / DIY anything I can. Being introverted and not very social is also a hindrance but I want to give it a serious go.

Especially if you're starting from zero.

Went to walmart to get tires replaced, they said they won't due to a gas leak. This isn't like this 247 as I've noticed it before, it always happens after I fill up/dries up and isn't wet until I fill up again.

Is this a filler neck issue or something? I'm not experiencing any fuel leaking/puddles. Gas gauge remains the same. When I was at a mechanics he mentioned filling up half way or something when I mentioned this, even though I was in for something else. This is a 2013 kia soul.

Obviously having a single niche will burn/fizzle out. How do you make yourself a brand/actively grow a following?

I'm planning to start making PC modding videos on YT for the hell of it, but eventually that well will run dry without disposable income to continue to buy hardware/etc to mod. And obviously to get a big following you can't just be tied to a single niche. Even then what if you don't really have any skills/personality/things like that? Granted I've seen some people who have the personalities of sandpaper and have a big following so I dunno.

Posting across YT/Tiktok/Instagram to start is ideal though isn't it?

How do you grow if you're in a massively oversaturated niche? Like tech/PC related content.

I want to start a PC mod related channel, but at the same time you can only really do so much with it. Then to keep going you have to spend money to buy things to mod, which quickly becomes pointless if you're not growing.

And since this niche is part of a very oversaturated topic like pcs/tech. What hope is there?

My few years old welded desk frame is still covered in mil-scale, whats the best way to get rid of it since it's welded into a frame now?

I plan to cut the frame up/extend it, figure I'd try to get rid of all of the crap on it while I'm at it.

If your channel is very niche, what do you do when you don't really have any more ideas?

I plan to start a PC modding channel/anything related to it. I only have so many ideas/other ideas would require consistently buying things, which isn't exactly feasible starting out/not having a ton of income to throw around.
