Playground Foundation

I purchased a playground to install in our backyard for my daughter. I live in a very windy state, however, so it blowing over is a large concern of mine. What should I use for a foundation? I initially was thinking about helical peers, but apparently they are not great for lateral load. I really don’t want to do concrete either with how permanent that is.

Any suggestions?

Grass not growing

We have lived in our house for seven years now, and never had this problem in the past. Suddenly, this year there is a thick patch that won’t grow in and it looks like thatch. We aerated and seeded per usual at the end of the season. I usually lay a preemergent + fertilizer but not sure how to handle. Do I rake then seed?
