Would like some info and experiences with the stew function

Hey everybody,

I have a Duo Mini 3 litres (3.2 Quart ?) and I want to stew some meat. I have 'Meat | Stew' function, but I never used it before. I pretty much only use it for pressure cooking.

So in my mini I put 125ml (0.5 cup or 4.2 fluid ounce) water for pressure cooking. How many water or broth should I be using for the stew function? And how much time would you advise? I read for cubes it could be around 20-25 minutes, but for whole thicker pieces about 45-50 minutes.

And should I use the metal tray? I always use it with pressure cooking, but with the stew function would it be better (or even necessary) to put it directly in the liquid?

Any insight is welcome, thank you in advance! :)

Is it possible to add the different emulators as 'game' to SteamOS interface?

So now I just have EmulationStation-DE that has all the emulators and for some games (ROMS) I have a separate 'entry/launcher'. Sorry, I'm not sure how to word this in English but I hope you know what I mean.

But I would like to have the emulators show up separately. Is this possible, because I haven't found a way to do this so far...

Thanks in advance! :)

So recently I noticed the action 'Empty all Recycle Bins' didn't reclaim any space while deleting tons of data.

So I went to my multimedia share and saw a /.Trash-1000/ folder containing my deleted files, I believe there wasn't a #recycle folder present so I checked my shared folder settings. Recycle Bin for that share was disabled, which is weird because I always have Recycle Bins enabled for all of my shares (with maybe the odd exception).

I've setup countless Synology devices and this is not something I forget, then I remembered that like two weeks ago there was an update for my device so I wondered if was possible the update somehow disabled my Recycle Bins for my shares?

Anyway, deleted files now end up in /.Trash-1000/files/ and when I do 'Empty all Recycle Bins' nothing happens. I have to delete the files from that folder manually, then they will end up in /#recycle/.Trash-1000/files/ and then the action 'Empty all Recycle Bins' will actually delete the files which makes sense.

So I deleted the /.Trash-1000/ folder, but when I deleted files after that this folder was recreated (while Recycle Bins are enabled now for my shares) and files end up there again. So I need to delete them manually again for them to end up in the Recycle Bin, so that I can successfully perform 'Delete all Recycle Bins'.

Am I doing something wrong, has anybody encountered this problem as well and is there a fix?

Thanks in advance! :)
