Product Launches:

Question: We intend to launch more mousepad designs, DO WE DO SOMETHING ON THE LINES OF r/place ? ANY SUGGESTIONS HERE?

Kontrol (web software):

We're making Kontrol even swifter, better and connected to multiple devices in our ecosystem. Latest updates and what's in the pipeline, below. Our current goal is to bring all devices + ensure everything runs in a stable fashion:
Macro changes are now available on all new Kreo keyboards
- Older Hive series of keyboards is being worked on, launch est Jul'26
Except for Hawk, Harpy and Chimera V1, all mice are now on Kontrol
- Hawk and Chimera V1 solution should be up and running by Jul'26
- Harpy should be up in a couple of weeks
Other ancillary devices such as Owl (webcam) and our controller series, are being worked on
- Expect launch around Aug-Sep'26
UI:
- Improving the login flow for a smoother user experience
- Restructuring internal component hierarchy to streamline user actions on the website
Additional features:
- We're also bringing new testing features to Kontrol, this should happen by Jun'26
- We aim to also bring on remote testing for every product

Support:

We've now gotten down our human response times to <20 mins, AI of course does first 5 mins of heavylifting
Reddit and Discord, of course we're always ON!
