Hi all! I, for some reason, was cursed with a garlic allergy. I used to just eat it and say it's worth it but recently, it really isn't any more. However, a few of my favorite dishes have Chorizo in them. Is there a good alternative without garlic that still has the strong taste?

I've tried "rundercervelaat" but the taste is just really not doing it, sadly.

I'm in the Netherlands, if that helps.
