Water started to give me nausea recently??

I usually really like to drink water but recently I occasionally get this nauseous feeling after drinking a cup of water. Tbh it's overall weird recently. My stomach extracting everything out of me when I ate nothing but my comfort food, i feel very fatigued and exhausted, it's like my body throwing tantrums

I have a lot of issues with periods but it's mostly about bleeding. I absolutely loathe it and looking forward to find a way to stop it. I'm considering getting either hormonal iud or ocp, but leaning to iud. I wanted to hear some advice or experiences from people like me.

My gastro gave me pentasa suppository when i told him about anal fissure (I bleed like I'm on my period everytime i have bowel movement and the proctologist told me it's anal fissure after an examination) but uh... what do you do if putting the suppository in make you bleed too..? Doesn't that worsen the fissure..?

Not australian magpies but i started to feed them raw peanuts but i'm not sure if they even notice me or that it's for them since they are always high up on the trees and never really look down here. I whistle and try to get some attention when I feed but yeah the peanuts i left remain untouched for hours. I don't know if they don't believe me yet or i should change the method.

So i made a terrible mistake. It's been busy for me and I forgot to take my remsima pen for a month (hopefully not more) which I supposed to take every two weeks. And my calpro is now 300 and it's been under 100 for over a year. Last time was 25 and it was in January. No practical symptoms except the ones i already had but still worried 😥
