finally got my grail figure, the warrior, and of course he has a QC issue with the head I wanted most. the visor piece will not go fully into the helmet. I’ve heated it up and squeezed it with pliers and with my hands, taped it down, etc. no matter what i do the plastic won’t warp down to fit into both holes snugly.
