I wanted to make a post about issues I’ve been having with my merch order. I placed an order for the USB002 vinyl and SF hoodie. Received my order and received a Vancouver hoodie instead. The packing of the hoodie was barcoded as an SF hoodie so seems like a stocking mistake/issue. I was pretty disappointed and emailed customer service. They said the SF hoodie was now sold out so I would need to return the Vancouver hoodie for a refund.

I asked to be refunded on the additional shipping costs the hoodie acquired since if I had only ordered the vinyl I would’ve saved about $10 on shipping. There was a lot of push back on this but ultimately after rounds of back and forth they agreed.

I shipped the hoodie out soon after with a prepaid return label they gave. Order was delivered to them on May 1st and no signs of updates on the refund. I reached out again and waiting on reply from their team but that’s sort of annoying again. Had I not remembered today then maybe it would’ve slipped entirely.

This post was mostly to rant but also wanted to place a review/reference on the merch customer service for others to be aware. Thanks
