I am currently enrolled in BSCS at UMT but I will be shifting to an area near UOL. I thought that I can perhaps transfer my credit hours and enroll there if that’s possible.
I initially wanted to go there because I was told that academically both universities are same but due to distance and UOL policy last year (my equivalence certificate type didn’t match their policy but now they have revised it) I couldn’t.

Is there much of a difference academically or not?
Does anyone know how the transfer works?
