I just scored this oster kitchen center on marketplace for $40. It’s seems to still be going strong. I can’t figure out the manufacture year, but the service number on the bottom is 971-06A.

I’ve never had a stand mixer before, so I’m honestly a bit intimidated with the capabilities of this beast. What should I try out first?
