Will we get the rest of Adrien back
I'm not taking about Adrien getting more screen time or a distaste for his narrative I actually quite like his current I'm trying to find my without and discover the truth about story.
My issue is it feels like they hollowed out his character in order to get there, like he feels noticably weaker and dumber both mentally and emotionally. Adrien used to feel the guy like doing his best despite the difficulties, but now feels like somewhat damsel in distress waiting for everyone else to solve his problems. For example I can't remember a single time chat noir has fought an Akuma on his own and was holding on well this entire season, despite that originally being his main job so ladybug could find a way to beat it. Like for he fought three Akumas at the same time once and was holding his own to winning and even held his own in a fight against Gabriel in representation which he seemed to have if it wasn't for that op ability Gabe gave himself.
He also seems just less cognitive than he used to let me know I have rose tinted glasses but wasn't able to see through most people who tried to lie or trick him originally. Like he saw through Lila and other characters when they tried to deceive him willing and actively so that seen where Amélie was able to lie to his face without him realizing it felt off. And as chat noir he was also able to read situations and find minor solutions in order to help Ladybug figure out how to win or hold buy time.
And I understand this may just be the power scaler in me but it always seems weird when chat noir doesn't do much despite the fact that by all knowledge we have of the characters skills and abilities he should be the strongest miraculous holder, with his combination of skill and experience exceeds everyone else.
