Waiting on the doctor to call me back, but does this look normal in anyone else’s experience?

I’m 3 days post op, laparoscopic hysterectomy with ovaries left in. Everything went pretty well and I’m feeling better than I thought I would. The only thing is I’ve had some incision concerns. When my belly button started bleeding a little bit the day after surgery I assumed there was an incision in my belly button I just hadn’t noticed or known about before. I talked to the nurse once already today and she said I have 5 incisions. I have one directly above the belly button and 4 others so it is freaking me out that the belly button is bleeding. I was trying to be optimistic so I told her I thought it was probably not a big deal and I would monitor it. However, I took the time to examine it more closely after realizing I don’t actually have a sixth incisions directly in my belly button. I can’t tell if the discomfort is to due with the odd wound at the belly button or just general discomfort from the surgery. So they’re calling me back but I just wanted to see what other people’s experience could tell me because it is kind of scary when you look at it. Thanks to anyone who can lend some perspective. I tagged NSFW just in case the photos are too graphic.
