Hi all New here

I have two Ecoflow Stream micro inverters(US Spec)

I unboxed them and plugged them into known working 120v outlets to see if they power on and to see if I can App connect to them through Bluetooth.

I have not hooked any solar panels to them as I was just looking to configure first then deploy.

Neither powers on with their respective or others power cord.

I see the LED lens but no red or green or flashing indications.

I don’t think I am a complete box of rocks but I cannot imagine two bad devices.

Thoughts and guidance welcome
