Seller did not update shipping address
Hi, I recently made a purchase on Etsy for the first time in over a decade and immediately realized it was shipping to a veryyyy old address I no longer receive mail at. I went through Etsy support to contact seller right away with the correct address, which they said they'd fix.
Fast-forward a few weeks later -- I get a message saying that the address change was unsuccessful. Once the goods are shipped, it is beyond their control, and they left the USPS support number.
Is it even possible for me to reroute a USPS package?? Or is this the seller's responsibility? I'm not trying to blame anyone, but just figure out what to do.
For reference, the item is a $200 ring -- so not exactly something I wanna just shrug my shoulders about and hope for the best.
